Since 1978, Louise's has been a part of the LA community and hailed by CitySearch as one of LA's "Top 10 best Italian restaurants". As we embark into a new Louise's era, we want to introduce you to a member of our Louise's family. Last summer I was back on the Cutthroat Kitchen stage competing in a tournament! Over the course of four preliminary heats and a grand finale battle, 16 of us will faced all the pressures of a modern Cutthroat Kitchen contest, but in a setting that’s anything but contemporary.
