I love fall, especially when baking with cranberry, orange, coconut and salted dark chocolate!
1 peanut butter cookie package
3 tbl vegetable oil
1/3 cup coconut
2 cup whole grain cheerios
3 tsp cranberry simple syrup
1 orange, juiced and zest
Directions: Combine all ingredients in stand mixer. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Add chocolate shavings and sea salt on top!
For cranberry simple syrup: Combine 1 cup of sugar with 1 cup of water. Bring to simmer until sugar dissolves. Drop 1 cup of cranberries in the syrup and let sit overnight. Strain in the morning and your simple syrup will be pink and delicious!
