Brats with my "clean the fridge" garnish

Brats from the famous Brat Stop in Wisconsin, covered in my mixture of garnish I call "clean the fridge". #NationalBratwurstDay

1/2 yellow onion, diced
1/2 red onion, diced
1/2 cup of pickles, diced
a few tbs cilantro, minced
cherry tomatoes, chopped
a dash of lemon and lime
1 jalapeno, diced

Directions: Heat 1 tbs of olive oil over medium heat and sweat the diced onions for a few minutes. Remove from heat and combine all ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. It is hard to go wrong here, if you need to use something up - add it to the mix!

Grill brats & toast the buns, top with havarti cheese and call it a night!
