Directions: Wrap a piece of bacon around a filet mignon. Seal the bacon with a toothpick. Season with salt and pepper. Grill on medium high heat for a few minutes on each side. Remove from grill and place sliced tomato, basil and Humboldt Fog cheese, by Cypress Grove Chevre, on top. Eat and enjoy!
