Spicy Sweet Mustard

Delicious mustard sauce for dipping #NationalMustardDay


3/4 cup light brown sugar
1 2 oz. tin of Coleman's mustard powder
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup honey
1.5 eggs (whisk three and use half)
2-4 tbl mayonnaise

Directions: Whisk brown sugar and mustard powder in large bowl. Add the vinegar, honey, and eggs. Heat on stove and whisk frequently to cook egg. Remove smooth sauce and allow to cool. Add mayonnaise to taste to reduce spice to your liking. Adapted from Bon Appetit.

Buttermilk & Coriander Chicken

700 ml buttermilk
1/8 cup kosher salt
1/8 cup sugar
8 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 tbl coriander
1/2 red onion, chopped
1/2 yellow onion, chopped
2 tbl Tabasco
1 tsp red pepper flakes
10 chicken breasts

Directions: Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Add chicken breasts and coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Heat the grill to 350-450 degrees. Grill chicken breasts. Adapted from Weber.
