Tiny Pecan Tortes with coconut #NationalPecanTorteDay
2 cups pecans
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup light corn syrup
2 tbl melted butter
2 tsp vanilla
Pillsbury crescent dough sheets
Directions: Combine all of your ingredients in a bowl. Spray mini tart pans with oil. Place dough in the pan, poke with fork, and bake for 5 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and add your filling. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with coconut. Tortes will pop right out of the tin.
