Ginger Chocolate Hearts

A sweet and special candy that takes just 10 minutes to make. Perfect for the holiday season, bring along to any party and be the favorite guest in the crowd! 


1 cup crushed hard ginger candy
3 cups dark chocolate candy melts


In a medium glass bowl, melt dark chocolate in microwave on high.  Stop and stir every 30 seconds until melted.
Fold in ½ cup ginger candy.
Place ½ teaspoon of remaining ginger candy in the each heart molds (15 mini hearts in each mold) and pour chocolate mixture over the top. Repeat until mold is full.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
