Pizza Party for Two

Valentine's Day can be fancy. There are many restaurants happy to serve you a big meal with wine to pair, but for us, Valentine's Date Day this year consists of heart shape pizza on paper plates, prosecco & playing with Paisley in the snow, and I wouldn't want it any other way! Have a happy heart day!

Heart Shaped Pizza

1 packet of instant pizza yeast
1 2/3 cup water
1/4 cup olive oil
5 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt

Directions: Combine yeast and water in stand mixer and let sit for 5 minutes. Add oil. Add flour and salt. Using paddle attachment stir to combine {form a sticky dough}. Remove paddle and add hook. On medium speed stir until it forms a ball {about 5 minutes}. Cut into six pieces and place on a lightly oiled sheet tray. Cover with damp towel and let rise {for 1.5 hours}. Roll out and using a scissors cut your pizza in a heart shape. Top with sauce, mozzarella and pepperoni {cut those with a scissors too}. Bake at 400 degrees for ten minutes or so depending on the size of your pizza.
