2 large cucumbers
1 medium onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup sour cream or yogurt
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
Combine all ingredients. Serve!
