Theodor Seuss Geisel was an American author, political cartoonist, poet, animator, book publisher, and artist, best known for authoring more than 60 children's books under the pen name Doctor Seuss. He was born on March 2nd, 1904 and we are wishing him a very happy birthday by celebrating with green eggs and ham! These adorable treats are easy to make! Today at Cooper's daycare they are celebrating this fun day and I am dropping off a bunch of these sweet treats for his teachers!
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Place butter pretzels on a cookie sheet. Top with a white candy melt (purchased on Amazon or at Hobby Lobby). Place in the oven for 4 minutes.
Remove from oven and place a green M&M on top. Allow to cool, and white chocolate will be hard again! I let mine cool for an hour, but only because I was busy running around the kitchen. I bet they would be ready after about 15 minutes.
